  • Some problems resolve themselves when you just clear the browser cache. Therefore, please use the key combination “ctrl+F5”
  • You can also look up tips and tricks in the Guidants newsletter and the support area
  • Do you use the latest browser version? Guidants performs best with Google Chrome.
  • In general, besides Chrome, Guidants is supported by Internet Explorer (as of IE9), Safari and Firefox.
  • Other browsers are not tested by us and could possibly lead to problems.
  • Maybe your problem is also of interest to other users? for this reason, please describe it to the support desktop. There, you also receive support from experienced users.
  • If you have a unique problem which is perhaps not of interest to other users or in the event that they should not read about your problem please use this feedback form.
